This is completely tru, more people need to realize this. Just because you eat a specific amount of fat, calories, or carbs does not mean you are eating healthy. Think about it, you could eat chocolate and candy all day and have the recommended calories, that does not mean you are being healthy. And exercise does not take that away either. YOU MUST EAT AND WORKOUT IN A HEALTHY FASHION! Love you all!
