Don’t rely on the scale!!!

I’ve seen a lot of posts lately about the scale. If you’re weighing yourself everyday it’s going to make you mad when you see a 2 lb weight gain. FYI the scale is not 100% reliable. I mean I can weight myself 7 times in a row and be a different weight every time. Although I do believe you should weigh yourself I think once a week is better than everyday because progress does not happen over night. I mean you gained that weight over a period of time and it isn’t going to melt off. So don’t starve yourself if you see a difference between your days. Love yourself and try and take it down to once a week weigh ins. Pick a day and weigh yourself (my day is on Fridays if you want to watch my numbers drop with yours).

I’ll try to keep that in mind, although I think my thighs are my worst problem area.
