I am tracking my progress of weightloss, I have fallen off track lately and I have started working out again and eating healthy again! I will post befores and afters on a monthly basis! CW(9/3/12):180 GW: 145

 

Rough Night.

Don’t you hate it when your parents cook and it doesn’t follow any of your diet? And everything smells amazing and you cannot resist. I had that night, at least I didn’t gain anything and I burned 500+ calories on my elliptical lol. So I’m pretty positive I ended up even on my calories lol.

So all in all if you cheat a little you can still end up not hurting your diet at all. You can do what I did and exercise or you cannot exercise and not see too much of a difference. But you don’t have to always eat strictly to your diet, your body can help you out when you don’t notice it.

Hard Boiled Egg Breakfast!

Love that my eggs are always perfect and never have that green look to them. I am the egg queen lol. My breakfast totals at 251 today because I had some Orange Juice. I don’t normally drink it but it is going to end up going bad and I think I can handle the few extra calories a day by drinking it.
