I plan on doing a crunch for every follower I have so far, but for every follower I gain today I will do 10 push ups. So follow me peoples (I follow back)!
Dieting can be rough at times, especially when you’re used to eating junk instead of healthy foods. All I can say is it gets EASIER and the longer you stick with it you won’t even care about the fast food. Even if you never cooked in your life you’ll sooner or later get the hang of it, just keep at it! And always try to exercise in your day, even if it is only 10 minutes. Because anything is better than nothing and your body will thank you for it. I know that some days I get up and the previous day I worked out and feel sore, get up stretch it out and just try to do something. Be that using different muscles or just going on a walk or something. Your body burns more calories when you have more muscle, so the more muscle you gain the more you end up losing, your also raising your heart rate making your body burn fat when you exercise. So those moments when you feel weak and can’t walk away from those cookies this is the best way to feel better about the cookie. At least you know how many calories you should burn off. In fact make a batch of low calorie cookies at home and you won’t have to feel bad eating a cookie or two. The best thing to remember is that those bad foods you love you can make healthy and still taste amazing.
