Audrina Patridge’s Ab Workout

Although I’m not a fan of The Hills I believe Audrina has a killer body. This is her workout routine from Shape Magazine and I already do some of these moves and can tell a difference. Adding in the rest will hopefully get me to see them even more! Audrina’s Workout
