So I got up early and made my breakfast with the nutribullet I got for Christmas. I am actually really excited to be drink/eating this. Pomegranates, strawberries, banana, little bit of vanilla yogurt, spinach, and coconut water. This is delicious, and pretty low cal as well. YUMMY!!!
I am doing 31 days of the squat challenge. I am on day four, rest day, my butt and thighs haven’t been this sore since my days when I played field hockey in high school. My butt better look amazing after this.
I have decided to replace a meal with a smoothie everyday. More than likely it will be my breakfast. At least a change from the oatmeal I have been eating. Tried a nice one this morning with a blender I bought… I am not a fan of the farberware personal blender. It leaves chunks, going to return and try a different brand.
Don’t sit there and say diet and workout. I want to hear your tips and tricks and try them and review them for people. Anyone out there want to give this a shot?
This can be meals or workout tips. Or, if you haven’t tried it but want to know if it does anything I will give it a try as well.
