I want to track the progress of my last 30 lbs to lose plus to keep up a healthy lifestyle. To eat healthy and have things taste good can be troublesome at times. I plan on making a change and showing how easy it can be to eat healthy without losing all of that good tasting foods we all love so much. Low calorie dishes that will be added to the cook book or thrown out. I decided to share both the good and bad because other people might like the things I don't. (Also the photos seen on my page unless specific to me were not taken by me).

Sorry for the super long absence. I have been working like crazy and not had time to do any blogging. I plan on getting the rest of this weight off of me by the end of May! Do you think I can? I do!!! I will be planning my meals in advance and seriously no eating out (cross your fingers for me). I think that working out everyday, since I have gotten off track, and making sure I eat right will help me in this journey. Just remember to stay on track on your weight loss journey bc stopping has put me at a stand still which is fine but I have realized I really want the last 20 lbs off me! I am currently at 175 and although this is not an amazing number as I had hoped for I have also not stuck to my routine. So if you think dieting and working out are not important your wrong. I have slacked off due to my new job and I am going to start getting back into working out every day even if just for a little bit. Drink more water, less processed foods (bc I will end up cheating a little), and working out for 30 minutes every day/night. The only reason I will cheat is bc I do not want to end up binging on food that I don’t need.
People binge when they fully cut out everything that is bad for them. So give yourself a little cheat day and don’t completely restrict yourself. If you can do it and your dedicated and you just don’t care about those things then go for it, but sometimes I really want some fries or that extra piece of bread, and those crab rangoons (I just have to have those). Maybe one day I won’t want them so badly but when it’s Chinese food day at work I cannot not order them.
But so far I have lost weight and am happy with how I look, and if I end up not losing more weight I’ll be happy but if I do lose more weight I be even happier. So as long as your happy I believe that is all that matters. xoxo
